Опыт организации медицинской помощи больным саркоидозом в Томской области

The article deals with the summarizing of experience concerning the organization of work of physician-sarcoidologist in the counseling diagnostic polyclinic of Tomsk. The analysis of morbidity testifies the increase of pathology as compared with previous years more than twice. The higher rate of wrong diagnoses and treatment management in general medical network (44%) is established. Under additional examination the disorders of external breath function are detected in 33% and the extrapulmonary manifestations of sarcoidosis in 23%. The scheme of diagnostics and monitoring of patients is developed to effectively detect and control the disease.
