Quanlitative Orgniazation Management Evaluation: A Case Study of Changzhou Wujin Dazhong Standard Parts Co. Ltd

This article analyzes the management and operations of the company Changzhou Wujin Dazhong Standard Parts Co. Ltd (CWDSP), Jiangsu, China. Using qualitative research methods, such as interviews and participative observation, the author evaluates a few key factors of the company's organizational management. The evaluative factors include Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Stress Level, Leadership Type, Team Qualities, Organizational Culture, and Trust, Justice & Ethics in this article. Based on the evaluation results, recommendations regarding organization management and operations are provided for improvement and optimization.
