Rapid and automatic quarantine contraband screening method based on X-ray article machine-based and device thereof

The invention relates to the technical field of quarantine contraband detection at inspection and quarantine ports and specifically relates to a rapid and automatic quarantine contraband screening method based on an X-ray article machine and a device thereof. The method comprises the following steps: an automatic screening workstation and a terminal are started; whether initialization of the workstation and the terminal is normal is detected; whether quarantine feature library data is synchronized is detected; whether detector response curve of the terminal is updated is detected; and whether articles are quarantine contrabands is screened automatically. The device contains a rack, an L-shaped detector bracket, a detector array collimator, a detector array, an X-ray source, a motorized pulley and a conveyor belt, an X-ray photon, a phantom container fixed mount for calibration, a phantom container for calibration, a quarantine contraband phantom for calibration, an article machine screening channel, a channel baffle, a hand retrieval channel and a non-contraband channel. According to the invention, all articles in parcels which enter an inspection and quarantine port can be rapidly and automatically screened according to the same standards by the all-weather, low-false-alarm, high-efficiency and non-interference mode.
