Polymerization stage tricalcium phosphate and producing method thereof

The invention discloses a polymer grade tricalcium with small dosage and good dispersion effect, which is prepared by the raw materials by weight percentage, 39.5-41.1 percent of phosphorus pentoxide, 51.8-55.0 percent of calcium oxide and the rest is water and impurities with lead content equal to or less than 1PPM. The steps of the production method are: deionized water is first prepared, then the well-chosen quicklime and the deionized water are reacted by weight percentage 35+/-5:400 to generate calcium hydroxide solution; then food grade phosphoric acid is added in the calcium hydroxide solution, the reaction endpoint is determined by pH value which is controlled between 6-7; after reaction, the solution is heated to 95+/-5 DEG C and the temperature is preserved for 2 +/-0.2 h and the finished product is obtained after the prepared slurry is filtered, dried and crushed at last. The polymer grade tricalcium provided by the invention is mainly applied to inorganic chemical industry as dispersant.
