Drosophila clock mutations affect the morphology of a brain neurosecretory cell group

Mutations that eliminate circadian rhythmicity in two species of Drosophila affect the location of cells in a neurosecretory cell group. This is the first example of mutations which affect the morphology of an identifiable cell group in the Drosophila brain.
