The invention relates to a high-solid organosilicone modified epoxy floor paint applied to a high-humidity non-ventilation environment and a preparation method thereof. According to the technical scheme, the high-solid organosilicone modified epoxy floor paint consists of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following materials in percentage by weight: 20 to 60% of organosilicone modified epoxy resin, 5 to 10% of solvent, 5 to 25% of pigment, 10 to 40% of filler, 0.1 to 3% of defoaming agent, 0.1 to 3% of flatting agent, 0.1 to 3% of dispersing agent, and 0.1 to 3% of thickening agent; the B component comprises 100% of curing agent in percentage by weight and is uniformly mixed with the component A in weight ratio of (10:1)-(5:1). The preparation method comprises two steps, namely, preparing the component A, and mixing the component A with the component B. By adopting the high-solid organosilicone modified epoxy floor paint, the time cost for surface drying and hard drying can be shortened under the high-humidity non-ventilation environment; the abrasion resistance, hardness, shock resistance and other mechanical performances can be improved.
