Displacement sensor based on output spot rotation in optical fiber

The experiment of two optical fiber coils is designed and two spots are won by reducing the radius of the fiber coil1 leading to macros bending loss. By this time,compressing the fiber coil 2,the spots begin to rotate along with compression displacement within a certain range. The phenomenon that the spot angle and the compression displacement of the fiber coil 2 exists a linear relationship within a certain range by the experiment data is found. At the same time,the impact of the initial diameter and cylinder number of the fiber coil 2 on the compression displacement sensitivity is researched.
