Double slant opposite-opening type steel strand tension test clamp

2005
The utility model relates to a clamp, particularly a double slant opposite-opening type steel strand tension test clamp. The utility model mainly solves the technical problems of slip and self lock of the existing steel strand clamps. The utility model has the technical scheme that a double slant opposite-opening structure is adopted, and clamp fixing blocks oppositely open and form two blocks, wherein the middle part is provided with a V-shaped slot in radial direction. The V-shaped slot is upward shrunk along radial direction. Elastic reset slide connection is formed between clamp blocks and the clamp fixing blocks. The clamp blocks are two or four average blocks. The connecting surfaces between the clamp blocks and the clamp fixing blocks are matched with the V-shaped slot. The clamp blocks together form a conical table body, and the middle part thereof forms a cylindrical cavity with an internal thread. The connecting surfaces between the clamp blocks and the clamp fixing blocks are fixed with guide blocks which are connected with the clamp blocks through cylindrical pins. The clamp blocks are all connected in two guide slots of the clamp fixing blocks through the guide blocks. Reset springs with spring seats are arranged in the guide slots. Adjusting screws are arranged in screw holes at both ends of the guide slots. The utility model is mainly used on a universal material testing machine for carrying out steel strand stretching tests.
