Water jet cutting technology to cut objects with high pressure water jet does not cause influences of heat and process distortions, and abrasive type water jet cutting by mixing antifriction material in the water jet makes it possible to cut any material efficiently and accurately irrelevant of the material's quality, thickness and form. Furthermore, a robot integrated with water jet cutting technology was developed recently. This robot is introduced to the automobile industry energetically because this robot can work on a new model instatly and is fit for the production of various kinds in a small quantity. On the other hand, the aircraft industry, which uses various kinds of new materials and compound materials to reduce the weights of aircrafts, is improving productivity and work environment by using water jet cutting robots to process these materials.
