Nefrectomia laparoscopica retroperitoneal. Comentario

Since July 1997 we have been made differents types of laparoscopic urologic surgeries at the Evita Pueblo Hospital of Berazategui of Buenos Aires province. We describe the indications and technics of two retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomies, that were done successfully in patients with right hypotrophic kidney's. The kidneys were taken out by a minimal lumbotomy in one case, and in the other by a nylon bag, fragmented in small pieces by a remain tweezer. Since there are very few indications of retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy in small kidney, we believe that it is possible to increase them in this type of surgery.
