Technology Amelioration of Bar Extruding Formation

Inferior surface equality during bar extruding formation was analyzed.Regarding to unreasonable structure of die,improved design was applied in new die.The results show that new extruded stock has more reasonable shape,better surface quality and reduce the times of heating during forging.New structure die has positive sense in raising production efficiency and reducing the cost of product.
