The method of separating a water-soluble polymer as the extraction agent with tetrahydrofuran

2014
pH of the reaction solution was separated from water-soluble polymers of the present invention discloses a tetrahydrofuran as the extraction agent, i.e., first at 20 ~ 30 ℃, the polymerization reaction of the resulting water-soluble polymer contained was adjusted to neutral, and then sulfate was added thereto to form a sulfate solution; again sulfate solution obtained above was added tetrahydrofuran, volume ratio calculation, i.e. sulfate solution: tetrahydrofuran ratio is 0.25 to 2; stratification standing after shaking, the organic phase was tetrahydrofuran upper phase and the lower aqueous phase is sulfate solution, and then phase separated with a separating funnel obtained above in tetrahydrofuran to obtain a tetrahydrofuran solution rich in water-soluble polymer, and then using a rotary evaporator at 50 ~ 70 ℃ for distillation under reduced pressure, the tetrahydrofuran solvent was evaporated to give a water-soluble polymer, i.e., to achieve the separation of water-soluble polymer in tetrahydrofuran as extractant.
