The method includes: adopting time domain prestack seismic data and frequency domain prestack seismic data to carry out forward deduction to obtain a first forward equation and a second forward equation; on the basis of a Bayesian inversion model, establishing a time and frequency domain integrated prestack seismic inversion objective function according to the first forward equation and the second forward equation; under preset parameter constraint conditions, determining an optimal solution of the time and frequency domain integrated prestack seismic inversion objective function to obtain seismic elastic parameters. Compared with an existing method, the prestack seismic Bayesian inversion method has the advantages that resolution of inversion results is greatly increased by making full use of the time domain prestack seismic data and frequency domain prestack seismic data.
