A NEW SPECIES OF THE GENUS HOWARTHIA SHIR ZU ET YAMAMOTO (LEPIDOPTERA: LYCAENIDAE) FROM CHINA

A new species of Lycaenidae, Howarthia cheni sp. n. from guangdong Province is described and illustrated. The new species is allied to Howarthia courovisieri (Oberthur), but can be separable from the latter by wing pattern.
