Combined investigations of Ti-6Al-4V Eli alloy processed by equal-channel angular pressing have been carried out using electron backscatter diffraction as well as transmission and scanning electron microscopy and X-ray analysis. It is found that the size of elements of the grain and subgrain structure of the alloy is 0.1-0.5 μm. The fraction of high-angle grain boundaries in the range of misorientations can reach 90 %.
