Superconducting glass behaviour in high temperature superconductors

Abstract The I–V curves measured on powder samples of the high temperature superconductor YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7−δ with different stoichiometry are analyzed. It is found that the voltage follows a power low of a type V ≈ I α , where α is temperature dependent. This behaviour is related to a superconducting glass model.
