The Effect of Different Spraying at different Sowing Date to Pest Control and Management of Sweet Corn

In order to the development and management for sweet corn in summer season the current study was conducted to finding the effects of different planting dates on pest population on sweet corn and then the influence of new poison (Avant) with different stages of spraying for control was investigated. At the end the analysis of variance (ANOVA) of data was performed using the SASS and MSTAT-C statistical software, and significant of means between the treatments were obtained using Duncan Multiple Range Test at P<0.05. Yield of crop (sweet corn) was compared between experimental treatments and control treatment. A result showed that the treatment combination date of planting of 7th July with 3 times spraying was the best in terms of yield (fresh weight of sweet corn) with 18.22 tone.ha-1 and 36.33 tone.ha-1 wet biomass or stover.
