Study on Divisional Number of Demands of Second Degree Price Discrimination under Two Oligarchic Enterprises

Under the condition of linear demand function,we analyzed the method of second degree price discrimination under two oligarchic enterprises by using static game theory to determine the proper divisional number of demands. The conclusions show that divisional number of demands should be 2 to 3.
