The invention discloses a method for preparing a CHA molecular sieve by taking gangue as silicon-aluminium sources. The method comprises: dissolving KOH in a proper amount of distilled water, adding gangue power, which is taken as aluminium sources, to the obtained mixed solution, and performing uniform mixing; adding N,N,N-trimethyl-1-adamantyl ammonium hydroxid, which is taken as a templating agent, into the obtained mixed solution; adding a silica sol or white carbon black, which is taken as silicon sources, and performing continuous stirring till a homogeneous gel is obtained; transferring the gel to a high-pressure reactor; performing a crystallization reaction and performing cooling to the room temperature; and filtering the obtained solid product for recovery, washing the obtained solid product with deionized water, performing drying, and performing calcination in the air at 450-600 DEG C to obtain the SSZ-13 molecular sieve. Gangue belongs to solid waste in coal industry, yet turns into treasure. Through taking gangue as raw materials, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and pollution of gangue to the environment is reduced. The method is simple in technical condition, good in repeatability and low in cost, and is suitable for large-scale production.
