Method of manufacturing a corrugated cardboard liner

1999
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the yield ratio of chemicals to be used by preventing the chemicals from getting mixed in white water. SOLUTION: A corrugated cardboard liner having a basis weight of 75-290 g/m 2 is produced at a paper making rate of not less than 500 m/min. The method includes the following steps (1)-(6) continuously and successively: (1) a paper making step for forming wet paper formed of at least two layers obtained by combining at least a layer formed by a gap former system and a layer formed by a fourdrinier system including a fourdrinier part, (2) a dehydrating step for dehydrating with a dehydrating facility including a shoe press, (3) a predrying step for predrying the dehydrated wet paper, (4) a coating step for coating chemicals for the surface which contains at least a sizing agent and a dye on the wet paper surface after predried, and coating chemicals for the rear surface which contains at least a paper-strengthening agent on the rear surface, (5) a post drying step for drying the coated paper after coating, and (6) a flattening step for flattening the surface of the coated paper with a flattening facility.
