A “UROLOGICAL” ENTEROVESICAL FISTULA

Enterovesical fistulas are most commonly secondary to an inflammatory or malignant bowel etiology. Fistulas secondary to primary bladder carcinomas are extremely rare. Contrast enhanced radiological imaging has a low detection rate and cystoscopy provide s themost accuratediagnosis. Complete surgical excision remains the gold standard for palliation and may providea cure .
