ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ГЕНЕТИЧНОГО АЛГОРИТМУ ДЛЯ ФОРМУВАННЯ ФУНКЦІЇ НАЛЕЖНОСТІ НЕЧІТКИХ МНОЖИН

One of main terms of existence of city as well working system there is providing of his habitants a comfort accommodation. For today's realities of globalization, when the population of country all anymore elects the residence metropolises, advantage goes toward building of apartment houses. But before building it is necessary to choose a land on that on results the estimation of influence of various factors, it is possible to create future dwelling-house without the superfluous charges of time and money. It is suggested to consider approach for realization of this estimation on the basis of application of fuzzy sets. As this method of artificial intelligence allows to use the rules of production, that most exactly describe those tasks for that a standard mathematical vehicle is not yet worked out. In-process application of genetic algorithm is also described for modification of functions of belonging of fuzzy sets that is used in the process of estimation of lot lands. It will allow to do a process dynamic, where changes that take place in-process with experts at the choice of the most suitable lot land with the purpose of building on him apartment house will be taken into account.
