Thoughts on the Development of the Career Certification System of Educational Technology in China

The development of educational technology relies most heavily on the talent cultivation of the field,and talent cultivation needs certain standards and systems.In this paper,systems of career certifications will be introduced into the field of talent cultivation of Educational Technology,to construct the career certification system of ET,which most probably leads to a new way of talent cultivation and promotes the development of the field of ET.
