Эффективность ингибиторов обратного захвата серотонина и селективных стимуляторов в комплексном лечении больных с ИБС в амбулаторной практике

On the background of long-term antidepressant therapy, along with the reduction of depressive disorders and a significant reduction in depression for more than 48 % on the Hamilton scale, we observed significant positive changes in psychological status of patients, which manifested in increased activity, reduced levels of somatic anxiety, increased social adaptation and quality indicators life, as well as in reducing cardiovascular risk factors. Optimizing management of patients with CHD and depression is provided by an integrative approach to diagnosis, treatment and prevention in a real patient practice.
