The invention discloses a concrete viscosity monitoring system which is arranged on a mixer and is connected with a motor; the concrete viscosity monitoring system comprises a speed measurement module, a current induction module, a voltage induction module, an A/D (Analog/Digital) module for converting current and voltage analog signals processed by the current induction module and the voltage induction module into a digital signal, a CPU (central processing unit) module for calculating current and voltage data to obtain real-time motor power and the viscosity of concrete, a display module for displaying the motor power in real time and the viscosity of concrete, a key module, and a power supply module for providing a power supply for all modules; the output ends of the current induction module and the voltage induction module are connected with the input end of the CPU module by a conversion module respectively, the output end of the CPU module is connected with the input end of the display module, and the key module is connected with the CPU module. The concrete viscosity monitoring system has the advantages of low cost, accuracy in measurement and high efficiency, and the labor capacity and the personal error during testing can be reduced greatly.
