Research of Device-independent Web Sevices Based on XML/XSL

The future web services should not only support fired and mobile access,but also have to deal with other forms of web access such as voice interfaces.So web services need to be device-independent and have to support different XML web formats.An extended model of the traditional web service life cycle is presented,which takes device-independence support into account,build a device-independent web engineering(DIWE) framework and implement the device detecting and page splitting.
