Method for producing the separation membrane, the separation membrane module having the separation membrane and ion exclusion performance

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a separation membrane that can cope with the treatments of treated waters such as industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater containing surfactants and oils that can not be coped with marketed RO membranes and NF membranes. SOLUTION: An ionic polymer 3 is pressure bonded on a membrane surface 4c of a primary side in a UF membrane 4 having at least either one property of acid-resistance and alkali resistance to strippably form a separation active layer 2 having an ionic exclusion performance, and a separation membrane 2A that can perform ion exclusion on the treated solution containing at least one of the oil, a surfactant and a microorganism is obtained.
