Steel pipeline base materials can be effectively separated from delivery media by the anti-corrosion and resistance reducing epoxy coating layer coated on the inner surface of the steel pipeline, and accordingly, the inner wall of the steel pipeline can be prevented from being corroded, corrosion of the delivery media can be reduced and the service life of the pipeline can be prolonged. Further, the inner surface of the delivery pipeline is smooth and flat and small in friction coefficient, resistance of fluid medium can be reduced, and thereby oil gas delivery efficiency can be improved, cleaning cycle is prolonged, cleaning frequency is reduced, stability of system running is improved, and operation benefits can be greatly improved after the delivery pipeline is put into production.
