Integrated Circuit Modeling by means of Equivalent Modeling

2020
This Ensuring proper interaction of the electromagnetic field from the radiator in the design of high-speed printed circuit boards is a current task. In order to accurately predict the electromagnetic field established by the radiator, this paper proposes an approach that includes the exact radiator's emission, which is described by some dipole moments developed on the basis of scanning an integrated circuit under the radiator in the near zone. This approach takes into account both the dipole moments and the passive radiator structure, which in turn is included in the two-wave model. Various models have been proposed using numerical methods and the finite element method using dipole moments. An analytical approach has been proposed to estimate the maximum electromagnetic waves emitted from the radiator. An improved model of the dipole moment for integrated circuits has been presented.
