The invention relates to a method for preparing fermented traditional Chinese medicinal fever-clearing and toxicity-eliminating powder. The method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the traditional Chinese medicinal materials according to a proportion, grinding and uniformly mixing, and screening for later use; (2) inoculating a strain in a liquid culture medium, and culturing in a shaker at 20-40 DEG C for 18-24 hours to obtain a fermented strain for later use, wherein the strain is one or more than two of bacillus subtilis, saccharomyces cerevisiae and lactobacillus bulgaricus; (3) sterilizing the traditional Chinese medicinal powder obtained in the step (1) at 110-130 DEG C for 10-30 minutes, uniformly mixing the fermented strain and sterile water, and inoculating the mixture into the traditional Chinese medicinal powder, performing anaerobic fermentation culture for 2-7 days at 20-40 DEG C, stirring once every 12 hours, and drying the fermented product after the fermentation culture is finished. Clinical tests discover that the fermented traditional Chinese medicinal fever-clearing and toxicity-eliminating powder has a good effect on preventing and treating pestilent maculae and hyperpyretic coma, is remarkable in curative effect, convenient to use, small in toxic and side effect and green and has no residue.
