Channel beam for rail transit

2009
The utility model relates to a channel beam for the rail transit. For practically guaranteeing requirements of structure stress and deformation rigidity, the conventional channel beam with the longitudinal beam and complete board system needs a thicker baseboard, the thickness of the baseboard is commonly 40 to 40 cm, the concrete quantities of the baseboard take up a large proportion in the wholestructure, and the structure quantities and the investment are more. The utility model is characterized in that: the channel beam for the rail transit comprises longitudinal beams, cross beams and abridge deck; both sides of the beam baseboard are provided with the longitudinal beams; the bottom part of the beam baseboard is provided with a plurality of cross beams; the longitudinal beams adoptthe I-shaped sections, and web plates thereof adopt inclined web plates; and upper and lower flanges are not symmetrical. The utility model can greatly reduce the thickness of the bridge deck througharranging the cross beams, and the concrete quantities used for the cross beams are limited so as to take an obvious effect on controlling the total concrete quantities and the construction investment. The longitudinal beams on both sides can reduce the effect of the vehicle noise for the surroundings, and at the same time prevent the derailed train from overturning and falling down so as to provide more reliable guarantee for travel safety.
