Analysis and Optimization of Screw Failure of Synchronous Rod Bracket

Subway electric passenger cars have a large capacity, high efficiency, high-frequency door set control switch and other characteristics, so it requires the door safety, reliability, low failure rate. This paper mainly aims at the force analysis calculation and structural optimization of the fault of the screw break of the synchronous rod bracket, so as to avoid the same kind of fracture situation.
