The present invention is an organic light-emitting material provided with a donor and an acceptor, wherein the donor and the acceptor are connected to each other, an aromatic ring is bound to the donor or the acceptor, and the donor, the acceptor or the aromatic ring has a substituent at the closest position to a bond.
