Principles of constructing a measuring current transformer based on photon echo

For a construction of the opto-electronic current transformer the effect of rotating of the photon echo (PE) polarization vector is offered. As an active ambience allowing get the photon echo the vapors of molecular iodine are used. The theoretical model of the opto-electronic current transformer (OECT) is discussed.
