Design of embedded factory sewage remote monitoring system

Aiming at problems of water quality monitoring on Chinese factory sewage such as sampling difficulty,weak real-time data processing complex and changeable object of water quality monitoring,a design scheme of real-time water quality monitoring system based on CC2530 is proposed.Parameters acquisition of water quality is implemented,wireless sensor networks(WSNs) based on Zig Bee protocol is constructed,and CC530 is used as core in Zig Bee module.The data aggregation function and remote data transmission function are implemented through embedded gateway which is developed using microprocessor S3C4510 of ARM7 and the SIM300 of GPRS wireless communication module,and remote transmission of datas is realized.The real-time display function of water quality parameters is achieved by upper PC software programmed by LabVIEW.Test results show that the system has stable performance,good real-time,monitoring data integrity,good reliability,and excellent industry promotion prospects.
