Microarrays in Drug Discovery and Development

Microarrays are used to analyze the expression of thousands of genes in parallel, allowing studies of tissue distribution patterns associated with normal physiology and diseases and with the effects of compounds, in terms of safety and efficacy in model organisms and in humans.
