Изучение эффектов от применения доноров молекул оксида азота и блокаторов фермента NO-синтазы при эмоционально-болевом стрессе на морфологическую картину тканей пульпы зубов и пародонта

The research results of influence of donors and anzyme blocker NO-synthesis on morphological state of tooth pulp and periodontium tissues at stress influence on laboratory animals. It is revealed, that nitric oxide donor molecule L-arginine is able to limit the development of stress-reaction and decrease quantity of morphofunctional infrigements in periodontium tissues and teeth stump. Enzyme blocker NO-synthesis L-NNA helps to strengthen alternating effects of stress reaction in periodontium tissue and teeth pulp.
