The Design of Accurate Proportioning Control System in Brick Machine Based on C8051F

For the proportioning system in brick machine having low reliability,inefficiency and operation instability etc.,in this paper,using C8051F micro control unit(MCU),automatical control and accurate proportioning system is designed.The design scheme of hardware and software are introduced.The running process of this design indicates that this control system is reasonable,and its demands are satisfied by the design of hardware and software and it has higher control precision and stability.
