An HTML5-based graph theory toolkit for network topology analysis

We developed a simple, intuitive and efficient graph theory toolkit (GTTK), based on HTML5 with a user-friendly web interface, for analysis and visualization of network topologies. This toolkit helps understand the properties of given graphs including 1) diameters and average path lengths etc, 2) pictorial presentation of a graph and 3) comparison of similar graphs. To use such toolkit, one only needs to input the adjacency matrices in MATLAB, EXCEL and plain text, etc. In this paper, we demonstrate the values of our toolkit by examining an 8-node hypercube and an 8-node z-cube.
