The invention discloses a pure-cotton twin-cord yarn abrasive-belt base cloth, which comprises a plurality of twin-cord cotton fiber warp yarns, wherein the twin-cord cotton fiber warp yarns are interwoven with a plurality of twin-cord cotton fiber weft yarns, the twin-cord cotton fiber warp yarns are interwoven with the twin-cord cotton fiber weft yarns to form twill weave, and the twill weave is formed by two upper twill and one lower twill; and the density in the warp direction is 72 to 98 yarns per 10cm, and the density in the weft direction is 42 to 45 yarns per 10cm.
