Měření nanotvrdosti PA 12

The aim of the study was to measure nanohardness of Polyamide 12. The test specimens were made by injection technology on injection machnine ARBURG ALLROUNDER 470C. Specimens were irradiated at doses of beta radiation 0, 33, 66, a 99 kGy. Nanohardness measurements were performed on microhardness (NHT2) Opx/Cpx CSM Instruments, with load force 10 mN. The measurement results showed worsening of micromechanical properties of the tested surface layer of modified polyamide 12.
