棱果沙棘及其亲本cpDNA trnS-G片段的序列变异分析

2009
TrnS-G region sequences of chloroplast genome from 6 individuals of Hippophae goniocarpa and its parents H. rhamnoides ssp. sinensis and H. neurocarpa are obtained by sequencing. The sequence length is 646-654 bp and 656 bp after aligned. 51 variable sites, 7.77% of the total sequence, are detected from the aligned sequence. Among these variable sites, there are 14 deletion/insert (27% of the variable sites and 2.13% of the total sequence) and 37 substitutions (73% of the variable sites and 5.64% of the total sequence) The results show the sequences of cpDNA trnS-G region of the three species change a little in length, but they provide more variable sites and rich base types. The base variable sites derive from sequence differences between H. rhamnoides ssp. sinensis and H. neurocarpa. The sequences of 2 individuals of H. goniocarpa are consistent with that of one individual from H. rhamnoides ssp. sinensis and H. neurocarpa respectively, which indicates that both H. rhamnoides ssp. sinensis and H. neurocarpa have acted as mothers in hybridization origin of H. goniocarpa.
