Image identification and output method and system thereof

The present invention provides an image recognition method and system output, which is determined to rotate the camera about a specific position coordinates of the image and the identification plate on at least one edge direction based on the features of the image. The information is then the rotation angle of view, for known samples corresponding to the image in the database for comparison to generate at least one recognition result. With the present invention the method may be performed to identify different rotational angle of view or image distance of the image to enhance the recognition rate.
