MODULE TRAFFIC SAFETY 1.0 FOR THE MOBILITYEXPLORER

This report describes the development and the use of the Module Traffic Safety coupled to the Mobility-explorer. In the Mobility- surveyor the development of the mobility for the different transport modes is calculated with the help of fixed and variable data. In the Module Traffic Safety the effect of the development of the mobility on traffic safety is calculated. From the Mobility calculations and risks per kilometer the number of fatalities and hospital intakes per year can be calculated. It is not possible to evaluate the scenarios on traffic and transport safety with the help of the Module Traffic Safety.
