The invention discloses a grinding wheel for robot casting grinding. The grinding wheel comprises a main working face used for single-face grinding and an outer grinding edge used for corner grinding. The main working face comprises an edge protruding part and a recessed part, wherein the edge protruding part is located on the edge of the main working face, arranged circumferentially along the main working face and used for grinding a complex profile of a casting, the recessed part is located in the middle of the main working face and used for preventing the complex profile of the casting from being blocked in the grinding process, and the surface of the edge protruding part is provided with at least one arc-shaped grinding face which is distributed in the radial direction of the grinding wheel and is suitable for grinding the surface of the complex profile; and the portion between the edge protruding part and the outer grinding edge is provided with a first arc-shaped transitional face protruding outside a grinding wheel base body and used for preventing grinding interference and the portion between the edge protruding part and the recessed part is provided with a second arc-shaped transitional face recessed into the grinding wheel base body and used for preventing grinding interference. The grinding wheel is suitable for complex working conditions, objects such as trims and seams with the thin wall feature can be machined, entities such as feeder heads and pouring gates can be machined as well, machining efficiency can be improved, and the service life can be prolonged as well.
