Effective observation on spastic stomache treated by Vitamin K3 with anisodamine

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the treatment for spastic stomache with Vitamin K3.Methods Sixty-four patients with spastic stomache were divied into two groups randomly: the treatment group and the control group.To analyse their effect by 2 test.The treatment group,32 patients with the Vitamin K3 8 mg im st; and the control group,32 patients with Anisodamine 10 mg im st.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.6%.That of the control was 75.0%.The two groups have significant difference (P＜0.05).The side effect of the Vitamin K3 was less than that of the Anisodamine.Conclusions The Vitamin K3 is effective medicine to spastic stomache with convenience,safety,fast effect and reliable curative effect.
