The Distribution of Profit in Supply Chain Based on Supply Hubs

Based on assembly industry as the breakthrough point, this dissertation focuses on the supply and demand on the supply chain in uncertain circumstances, how to control the assembly supply chain operating costs, and profit distribution of each node in the supply chain In a supply chain with two suppliers, one manufacturer and one Supply Hub Supply Hub, we consider the uncertainties both in supplier’s production and manufacturer’s demand. Studying benefits balance and profits allocation strategy on the supply chain by establishing the centralized decision-making models, for maximizing supply chain profits and bringing out mutual win of enterprises collaboration.
