ADSORPTION PROPERTIES OF 2,4-DINITROPHENOL ON BI-FUNCTIONAL POLYMERIC ADSORBENT

The behaviors of adsorption and desorption of NDA-99 bi-functional adsorption resin for adsorbing 2,4-dinitrophenol was studied. The results of static equilibrium adsorption showed that NDA-99 resin is better adsorption and desorption effect. The adsorption isotherm could be well correlated with Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm equation. The results of dynamic adsorption indicated that the saturation adsorption capacity is 161.8mg/g. When the temperature of desorption is 333K, the 10% sodium hydroxide solution is used desorption agent and the volume is 5BV, desorption rate could reach 96.7%. Resins can be used repeatedly, and 2,4-dinitrophenol can be recycled.
