The invention discloses a fabrication method of an extruded mineral insulated radio-frequency cable and the radio-frequency cable. The fabrication method comprises the following steps of mixing silicon dioxide or aluminum oxide power with an additive; allowing an inner conductor to pass through an extrusion head of an extrusion device by a winding and unwinding device, and extruding the mixed material out by the extrusion device to form an insulation core line wrapping the inner conductor; placing the extruded insulation core line in a baking oven for heating and curving; allowing the curved insulation core line to penetrate into a stainless steel shielding pipe; and drawing the pipe and annealing. In the radio-frequency cable obtained according to the fabrication method, the fabricated insulation medium is more uniform, much less reflection loss of a signal during the transmission process is generated, the standing wave and the attenuation of the cable are both reduced, and the electrical performance of the cable is better; with an extrusion process, continuous production of an insulation body can be achieved; and with the adoption of the extrusion process, the cable is not needed to be drawn repeatedly, and thus, the problem of inner conductor breakage is prevented.
