Parental origin oftheX chromosome inapatient with aRobertsonian translocation andTurner's syndrome

We reporton a probandwithbotha Robertsonian translocation andTurner's syndrome. Studyoftheparental origin of theX chromosomeperformed bymicrosatellite analysis indicates paternal originoftheX chromosome(Xpat). The occurrence ofchromosomeaberrations asa consequence ofinterchromosomal interactions isdiscussed.
